Sudoku

All of us in office are fanatical about the Sudoku for these few days! Of course, we played secretly. I managed to solve the Sudoku for the first day, but I knew the one should be intermediate level only. Today, it comes in advanced level. So hard!!! I've tried my best and erased the paper for thousand times, and I'm failed to solve!! :( All girls failed, the only guy made it! I don't want the foolish punishment!!!

What is Sudoku? "Su" means number in Japanese, while "doku" refers to the single place on the puzzle board that each number can fit into. Sudoku is easy to learn yet highly addictive language independent logic puzzles which has recently taken whole world by storm. Using pure logic and requiring no maths to solve, these fascinating puzzles offer endless fun and intellectual entertainment to puzzle fans of all skills and ages.

The classic Sudoku is a number placing puzzle based on a 9x9 grid with several given numbers. The object is to place the numbers 1 to 9 in the empty squares so that each row, each column and each 3x3 box contains the same number only once.

Sudoku comes in endless number combinations and range from very easy to extremely difficult taking anything from 5 minutes to several hours to solve. Sudoku puzzles also comes in many variants, each variant looking differently and each variant offering a unique twist of brain challenging logic. However, make one mistake and you'll find yourself stuck later on as you get closer to the solution. 

Types of Sudoku :-
1) Classic Sudoku - consists of 9x9 grid
2) Mini Sudoku - consists of 4x4 grid / 6x6 grid
3) Mega Sudoku - consists of 12x12 grid / 16x16 grid
4) Irregular Sudoku - consists of 6x6 grid / 9x9 grid / 12x12 grid

5) Diagonal Sudoku - consists of 9x9 grid

6) Multi Sudoku - consists of two or more Sudoku grid overlapping each other in various configurations

7) Sum Sudoku - consists of 9x9 grid containing areas surrounded by gray or dotted line

8) OddEven Sudoku - consists of 9x9 grid containing given clues in various places, and one or more of the given clues are located in gray squares

I never play the number 4-10 listed above before. I think I'll faint when I see the grid, oh my god!!!
I love to play Sudoku, it helps me to learn how to accomplish something with determination! :) 
But I gave up today because I had no time to concentrate to solve it. : ( And I don't like play things which need to be punished. Foolish punishment - eat different number of cookies depends on your speed to pass up and etc. My boss shouldn't give us the cookies for CNY, now it seem like torturing us more....*cry*
